"tutto perfetto albergo eccellente dotato di tutti i confort proprio sul lungo mare personale cordialissimo e disponibile davvero eccezionale..... l unica nota sotto l eccellenza a mio avviso è il parcheggio che è un pochino distante dalla struttura alberghiera.... almeno che uno non trovi parcheggio sul lungo mare...... posti auto ce ne sono diversi sia a pagamento con parcometro orario e alcuni nelle strisce bianche :)"

Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). "The appt is cute, the location is great but all the little things added up for not a great stay. We booked an appt with a balcony but didn't get it which would be ok but there is no where to hang towels or bathing suits. There wasn't anything in the house (toilet paper, salt and pepper etc). We had ants everywhere in the kitchen. The fridge stopped working and our food went bad and there was a horrible smell coming from the air conditioner. The staff are always available and accommodating but...
