"This was a perfect place for extended family to spend together near Zion National Park. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool and hot tub were great, and the kitchen was very well-appointed. The owner was very responsive and suggested hiking at the nearby park, which was a great place to watch sunset. The Springdale shuttle was about a 2-3 minute walk away, which made getting to and from the park really convenient. I highly recommend staying here!"

"My family had an amazing stay at Zion's Roost! The proximity to Kolob Canyon in Zion cannot be beat, and it was an easy drive to lower Zion entrance as well. The views are absolutely stunning from the house, and the neighborhood was tranquil. Groceries are a quick 20 minutes north, and the house had everything we could need for cooking and keeping comfortable. We especially appreciated the ability to do laundry.
