"Being in an industrial part of town was no problem because we never heard any noise other than an occasional motorcycle from one of the neighbors. You are pretty well on your own to come and go as you please, and nobody bothers you as your apartment sits far back from the road. The apartment looks mostly clean everywhere you look, and the only thing that distracts from the cleanliness is when the Heating/Ac unit louvers are wide open for heating and you can see the brown drip marks on the back...

"Quite and beautiful rural area and nobody'll bother you while you are staying. However, cleanliness is that we didn't like the most; two much dust in the bedroom, dirt and oldie pillow cover and bathroom towel (not enough as well). You have to bring your own paper towel and bathroom shampoo or soap, otherwise you are in a big trouble.. Luckily, toilet paper was available to use. One thing you don't want to forget is you have to take trash bags out of the property otherwise they'll charge you...

"Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...
