"Para ser honestos hay que diferenciar el alojamiento del entorno. La casa (Tía Judite) forma parte de un conjunto rural con otras tres casas independientes. El acceso, por camino de tierra y piedras desde Negreda puede resultar algo delicado. Al llegar, la primera impresión (en nuestro caso) no fue positiva: Un montón de basura esparcida fuera de los cubos, que se veía que llevaba varios días así. Es un detalle a corregir. Attractive little house in a lovely traditional village

"The house was very clean and spacious, warm and comfortable, with a real log fire to complement the central heating. Our host Paula, a lovely lady, was an excellent host and very helpful, especially when Portugal was affected by a major power outage - she responded with torches, candles, warm soup, heating up a meal for us and a vacuum flask of hot water! We spent a fortnight exploring the Montesinho trails on foot and bike, and enjoyed it immensely. Rural northern Portugal at its best."
