El acceso, por camino de tierra y piedras desde Negreda puede resultar algo delicado. Attractive little house in a lovely traditional village

"The house was very clean and spacious, warm and comfortable, with a real log fire to complement the central heating. Our host Paula, a lovely lady, was an excellent host and very helpful, especially when Portugal was affected by a major power outage - she responded with torches, candles, warm soup, heating up a meal for us and a vacuum flask of hot water! We spent a fortnight exploring the Montesinho trails on foot and bike, and enjoyed it immensely. Rural northern Portugal at its best."
