"this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new! "We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "
