The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. "The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. We met her son and our son was allowed to play with his toys. Bent over backwards to ensure we had a nice stay. Excellent value for money"
