"Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "

"We had a wonderful and lovely week in Bernieres sur mer. Isabelle and Guillaume were perfect hosts and their chalet was beautiful and very comfortable. Also, it had all the facilities we required. The use of bikes was an added bonus👌 Thank you. The location was very quiet and near to the beach where we enjoyed many strolls and bike rides along the promenade stopping for lunch/dinner/coffee/icecream etc - superb. We rented a car from Bayeux so we had transport, the house had everything we needed for our 14 day stay and any problem(dryer issue) was immediately addressed. "We loved the property, it had all the basics we required. The only down side was that access is via an alleyway which was difficult to navigate (and find) with suitcases and young children. The local area around the gite was great and this would suit couples or adults without children "

Property manager was excellent with communication and he and his spouse met us at check in and gave us a tour of their GORGEOUS property! "We adored this property! It was so beautiful and tranquil. It was so easy to travel to the D-sites and very close to Bayeux, our nearest gorgeous town. It was also very easy to get taxis. Even the drivers are really friendly. It was a very relaxing house. Fully recommend it!!"

"Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at La P'tite Maison. Catherine and Didier were fabulous hosts, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the surprise of a bottle of cider, 4 home made macaroons and a jar of homemade jam to greet us, all very yummy. The accommodation was spotless and everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy behind a locked gate and there was a garden with outside furniture and swing.
