It would be even better if hotel adopted Dark Skies policies, as many guests like to catch the northern lights but there are too many poorly positioned path lights, patio lights and lights on the various buildings - and unfortunately it wasn’t possible to turn off or adjust lights. "

"Bedroom was comfortable with a good, hot shower. Bed was really good and well needed after a long day exploring. Loved all the little hooks around the room for hanging stuff. (Would have liked a drying room in the hotel for our wet things!) The food options were good as was the bar (if both a little pricey compared to UK prices) Roof terrace was nice to look out over the little town. Bakery and supermarket very close for bits and pieces. Walkable in a few minutes. Would definitely return here. We had a hire car and it was about 45 mins to the airport. On the golden circle though so easy to access all roads to wherever we needed to go. "

"The cottage met our expectations. We wanted a rural location with a hot tub and centrally located in the Golden Circle. This was exactly what we got. Staff was very responsive to our questions and asks. I would definitely come back to this location again. "
