"This was a *wonderful* home to stay in for our time in Iceland. It was a hub for lots of great day trips, but there was plenty to do in the house as well -- lots of great games, a beautiful kitchen to cook and eat in, and views galore. "I loved this cottage and was so sad to leave! I have never stayed at such a comfortable and cozy place. We arrived late at night and it was such a breath of fresh air walking into the cottage. Everything was just perfect. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. We were close to the golden circle and south coast so a slow exploration of the area was possible. "

"Loved staying here. We only had one unplanned surprise. We may have missed this in the listing but the instructions ask you to take all your trash with you. We drove hours with our son holding a full bag of trash until we found a place to dispose of it. We actually named our bag since he travelled with us for so long. Other than our bag of trash, it was a nice stay."
