"I was pleased to stay here for 4 nights exploring the Rouen area. The location is not central but walkable to the main sights via Rue Du Renard and Rue Cauchois ,also the SNCF station is not far .alternatively Bus 5 or F1 can take you to centre from short walk to local bus stop. The property is located on 4th floor and benefits from an elevator and secure entry system. Nice big balcony with good city view The wi-fi is excellent but no TV.
