"My stay here was comfortable and the hotel was clean and staff friendly . The breakfast buffet had limited but great choice for healthy eating . The location although close by to the subway and bus was hidden in a street and not easily obvious that it’s a hotel. Additionally the location of the hotel could do better as it’s not the great part of town and walking in the early morning or going for a run one would need to be vigilant of your surroundings. "The most common complaint about this property in the reviews is the location surrounding it, which thankfully was Not an issue at all during the 8 days I was there. It's just a super diverse area so if you're not used to that much diversity of course it's a little intimidating. Rest assured that nobody is camping outside the hotel trying to hurt anybody, streets are filled with joggers, bikers and people just doing their day to day errands. "We had a such amazing time in Paris and part of the reason was the location of this boutique hotel. It’s central to every major attraction on a very quiet street. The front desk staff Anthony went above and beyond during our stay there. The room is clean and they make sure to come to make our bed and replenish all the supplies daily. Overall hands down one of the best places we stayed. "

"Great for family trips. Our child enjoyed the magic hall and the room very much. We also went to the pool and she liked the baby pool a lot. The only drawback is that the water was too cold in the pool. I saw several parents took their children away because the water was too cold. We also didn’t let our daughter played for long there. Would be much better if the hotel had paid more attention to the pool facilities. "

"THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "Busy airport area, so not much around. Beds were great, room was warm. Room fittings and bathroom a little tired. The restaurant food offering was limited and breakfast was very average. Parking expensive but nice and easy to access on site in front of hotel, which was appreciated due to cold and rain on the night of our stay. The property is below par from what I’ve from the Novatel line and it’s due a face lift however - overall the stay was good. "

"That Moxie hotel is like staying at home in Paris. It’s a very beautiful place. Must visit must stay here the guy Lynel is a very amazing guy. He gave us complimentary cocktail. He worked for 10 minutes to make it and it’s very very tasty. Thank you so much Moxie thank you so much Lynel"
