We offer this charming 100 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises
- 50 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be brought together to create a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Relaxation area with desk and table soccer
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A beautiful 150 m² garden with a shared area with the owners and a private area with furniture available.

The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac 150 km (approx. 1h40 by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Air conditioning on the first floor. The first floor is naturally cool.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- The stairs to the gîte are a little steep.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
