"The property was nice and clean. The employees were very nice. The one issue I had was with the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time but the driver was very rude. We were leaving from terminal 1 and asked the driver to drop at that location. The drive instead dropped at terminal 2 and basically told us to find I own way. If I were the manager of the property I would differently hire a new driver or at least monitor the driver's attitude. "

"The bathroom was a bit small for yhe medium built i am. So i imGine for someone larger, it will be unsuitable. If not that, it is value for money. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back."

"Lovely hotel in a great central location. Room perfect for a family of 5, the kids loved their bunks and all the beds were super comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Good neighbourhood with shops and restaurants, and good metro links. Great to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the terrace, and only a short walk to the attraction itself. Thank you to All the staff who Were beyond helpful and courteous. "

"The room and hotel were lovely, didn't get a chance to check out the pool or other facilities but they looked nice. WORD OF ADVICE: The Shuttle service TO Disneyland Paris is awesome but if you plan on staying until the park closes, make other arrangements to get back to the hotel. We had to wait half an hour for the bus to even arrive and it people were literally shoving families to try and get on. It was like Lord of the Flies. We ended up just paying for a cab as it was ridiculous."
