"Pas moyen de dormir dans la chambre car plafond trop bas donc ont à été obligé de dormir sur un vieux cliclac, pas d'eau chaude, lavabo qui fuit, micro onde qui ne chauffe pas, taque électrique hors service, pas de place pour ce garer à proximité du logement !! "The self contained flat is so big and spacious that the picture's do not reflect just how much space you have. "Résidence bien située, personnel sympathique, 2 piscines très correctes, terrains de tennis, boulodrome, basket et table de ping-pong. Jeux pour les enfants. Les appartements ont vraiment tout ce qu'il faut sauf un sèche cheveux. A notre arrivée. Les lattes du lit enfants avaient sauté et la lumière ne marchaient pas dans la chambre enfants mais ils ont réparé très rapidement. Les environs regorgent de choses à voir et d activités à faire. "We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."

Perfect place to think and unwind

"This was the most perfect place to think and unwind over a week, while being able to head out and see nearby sites. The pool, pizza oven, and barbeque allowed us to relax and chat; the grounds allowed us enough space not to be crowded. Perfect!"

Self-check in, no humans

"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. Check-out was at 10. There is no ice machine, no refrigerator, no hotel staff. I got up at 8 to use the pool for an hour. When I checked out the hotel front desk person called a cab for me. It was about 30 euro to get back to Agen. This is the only person I spoke to during my entire stay and she was lovely and helpful and understanding of my baby French as I counted on my fingers to tell her my room number. If you aren't prepared for this odd system, you will not be able to check-in if you arrive late. There is an elevator. There is no communication with guests. Pool is very small and was being cleaned during the one hour I was able to use it during my stay. I swam anyway, but the vacuum was underfoot and would not have been safe for children to swim."

Beautiful farm stay

"We loved staying on the farm. The house was large and spotless, hosts incredibly helpful. Our 3 and 5 year olds boys loved it too! The only thing to note for other guests (that is very usual in France) is that you need to bring your own bedding, this isn’t explicitly called out on the listing. Would definitely stay again! "
