"On arrival we were surprised to hear that the villa we had spent a lot of time choosing was not available due to an unexpected issue with the property. However, Fabio had organised alternative accommodation at a villa very close by which was comfortable, clean and spacious with a bottle of wine and Sardinian cakes to greet us. The BBQ area was not as good as the original villa and there was no outside shower which we were looking forward to. The villa was also on a main road from the beach...

"Overall we had a great stay at Roberta's villetta. Her daughter was there on arrival and was very helpful throughout our week. The house was as described though perhaps they should point out the rooms are not all on different levels, so lots of steps. The garden and patio are lovely places to spend time relaxing, there's even a slight sea view through the trees. The pool and surrounding garden are great and there were rarely more than us using it. The town of Villasimius and the amazing beaches...

"We spent one week in this beautiful house, it is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, there is an extra shower outside which is great when you come back from the beach, there is a little garden and a nice patio for dinner. The house Is 5 mins away walking from food stores and town center and many different beautiful beaches ! Michele and his family were very welcoming and even took us on an amazing boat ride ! Thank you !! "

"The property was clean. There was a pool for the kids. It’s very close to Villasimius (which has a great main st.) and lots and lots of beaches. Nicola was always available if anything came up (certain things run on island time so you need to be patient sometimes)."

The location is really quiet, but only a few minutes from Solanas where there is a beach, a small shop and several nice restaurants. Go to Villasimius for a bigger shop and more choices of beaches and restaurants."

"We enjoyed 2 weeks in this house- the owner Alice was incredibly helpful and attentive. The house itself was in a relaxing and secluded environment which helped enable a real vacation feeling. "Very spacious apt , clean and great communication with staff, 2 supermarkets across the road which was excellent, and plenty of free parking which was even a bonus. Overall a great place to stay and explore all the fantastic beaches around the area. Only downside was a building site across the road from our balcony but that was a minor issue."
