"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

"It does not look like from the outside what a nice property it is . The only issue was, the WiFi does only work in the common areas. The google map could not find it ,so an update should be done on signage and directions."

"Our stay was great overall. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The terrace was wonderful for breakfast and lunch, but got hot in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the swimming pool hours were limited in July. Air Conditioning worked, but did not fully reach the room with the bunk beds. The rain shower was a real treat. It was a great place for a family holiday."

"Daniele ist sehr nett und hat umgehend bei Fragen geantwortet. Beim Checkin war er jedoch nicht anwesend. Die Unterkunft wird von einem Ehepaar, dass in der nähe Wohnt betreut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann von da aus sehr gut ins Zentrum zu Fuss gelangen und kann aber auch zum Strand von Simius laufen (ca. 12 Gehminuten). "Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

"Mikel was amazing! Great personality and gave us some food recommendations! He even upgraded our WiFi! The villa was well cared for and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Amazing mornings and late evenings sitting on the front porch. The proximity to downtown and supermarkets were all within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again!
