Ready for some Vitamin Sea? Relax, restore & rejuvenate in this renovated home with water views from the roof deck! Watch the sun set on the water from the deck or stroll down to the beach for a spectacular event. This immaculate & comfortable charming 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath is only four houses from the sandy beaches of the huge Delaware Bay where there is actual social distancing going on! The bay beach is the best for long walks, dolphin sightings, collecting sea glass, running your dog and kayaking! The house is just a short 10 minute drive from the heart of historic Cape May and 10 min. drive from Wildwood.

This newly updated home boasts a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a sunroom, 1-1/2 baths, Washer/Dryer, a fenced in yard & an outdoor shower and sleeps 10-12. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and it's own half bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and a trundle twin bed. The third bedroom has a pyrimid bunk bed with twin on top and double on the bottom. The living room has a double sleeper sofa and the sunroom has a double futon bed.

If you enjoy nature, this is the place to be. Cape May is the best place on the entire east coast to watch the bird and monarch migrations in the Spring and Fall. In June, horshoe crabs mate and lay eggs on the bay beaches attracting thousands of birds. Just a short walk or bike ride away is a nature preserve, The Cox Hall Creek WMA, which used to be a golf course. It has 6 miles of paved trails, many wooded trails, a pond and lots of birdwatching opportunities including bald eagles.

Definitely reserve a day to check out the cute shops along the pedestrian Washington Mall or to go on a horse-drawn carriage tour to look at the gorgeous Victorian architecture. Surfing at the cove in Cape May or North Wildwood is awesome.

Great winter beach weekend!
A great place to spend Presidents Day weekend. Long walks along the water and brilliant winter sunsets. The location is perfect — away from all the tourism of Cape May but a short drive to anything you might need. The house is spotless and cozy. Thank you!!

Peaceful beach gem
This dog friendly house is clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It's located just a few homes away from the bay beach which is dog friendly. The host is very communicative and nice. Yard is fenced in. The rooftop deck is awesome to watch the water, sunsets, birds, and stars.

This is a very well kept property in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. We felt relaxed and safe here. We also loved the local beach on the bay and its proximity to the home. The house itself was well maintained and decorated with practical, yet stylish decor. It was a great little beach home and we hope to return soon!

Girls Getaway
Had the best time at Jeremy's house! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with access to a lot of different things to do all within 20 minutes. House worked perfectly for our 2 Moms, 2 Daughters and a puppy! When we locked ourselves out, Jeremy couldn't have been better to communicate with and helped us out immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Week in Cape May
The house was perfect for us. It was close to the beach and the rooftop deck had amazing views. The kitchen had all of the cookware that we needed to prepare and enjoy our family meals. There was only 1 full bathroom but the outside shower was really nice and we used that a lot. The host was prompt with any communication and helpful with answering my questions. I would definitely rent this home again.

Immaculately clean and great location!
Our group of 7 (4 adults, 2 preschoolers, and a baby) had a wonderful week at the house! It’s nicely decorated, good perks (smart TV, strong WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker) and super clean, including having an air purifier. All the essentials for cooking are available, and we enjoyed having dinners up on the roof deck and watching the sun set over the bay. The bay beach is lovely and an easy walk even for little legs. Plus it’s a quick drive to Cape May, and the house even came with beach tags! The hosts were very helpful and responsive to questions. Wonderful all around!

Memorial Day in the Villas
House was clean, neat as described. The fenced yard was a plus for our pup. The area is quite, safe and very nice neighbors. Host was very responsive to some concerns. The side doorknob to gain entry was a bit tricky to open so we utilized the front door. The right refrigerator handle was extremely loose. The advertisement indicates beach chairs are there. There were no beach chairs. Had I known that I would have brought two from home. Not the biggest deal but everything the advertisement says is there at the house, should be. Short drive into Cape May and the Wildwoods. A great time.

Nice week!
My family and our dog Percy had a lovely time at this house - conveniently located with wonderful amenities like outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, and roof deck all while being a short walk to the bay and an easy quick drive to the cape may beaches! I would have appreciated more prompt and complete communication with the property manager when issues arose early in the trip with household appliances. But overall the trip went smoothly!

Lovely spot by the bay
We enjoyed our stay just a few houses from the Delaware Bay. Social distancing was easy. The sunsets are spectacular. The house is immaculate. It is on a very quiet street. The has all the necessary amenities. The roof top deck has a bay view. We also enjoyed sitting and reading in the sun room, which has a view of the dunes. Jeremy was always available and helpful, as questions arose. Close to the Cox Hall nature preserve, for walks and bike rides free of traffic. We didn't mind the short (15 minutes or so) drive to Cape May City for the ocean beach and dinner out, and to the State Park for more nature.

Simply Perfect!
We were so pleasantly surprised that this property is exactly as depicted on VRBO. Jeremy, the attentive host, has thought of nearly everything a seasonal rental should include. The house/cottage was immaculate with comfortable furnishings and beds as well as easy-care flooring. It even features a HEPA house filter, reassuring during this post-pandemic period (hopefully it's behind us)! The Wifi was excellent as well, for those who need to do some remote work. The cottage is located less than half a block away from the beautiful, peaceful Bay which is viewable from the house roof-top deck. We had a wonderful and memorable stay visiting the nearby beaches, wildlife management areas with their many trails and busy birding activity, and overall enjoying all the natural beauty Cape May has to offer. We celebrated a special occasion with dinner at the lovely Washington Inn, had a fun time at the Willow Creek winery and a delicious meal at Sappora Italian restaurant (be sure to reserve ahead for all of these). I'm reluctant to praise the property too effusively lest it gets too popular and I never find another vacancy in the future! Thank you, Jeremy, for a wonderful stay in Cape May.

Great weekend
Adorable house on a great tree lined street Great yard. Beds are good. Dont forget your linens. If you plan to use sofabed bring mattress topper. Kitchen had all pots and pans we needed. Silverware, glasses, dishes too. Everything was clean. No carpet so easy to sweep. Refrigerator door handle right side very loose. We got to the beach, Washington Square shops, Pancake House, Apple picking and we loved the Lima Bean Festival!!

Fall family get away
Our family and dogs enjoyed our stay. Super quiet neighborhood but close enough to spend days in Cape May, Wildwood and Stone Harbor. We took a lot of morning and evening beach walks, watched sunsets and made meals every night. Host was friendly and quick to respond. It was hard to leave.

Last trip of the summer!
We decided relatively last minute to have one more short family trip before summer was over. The location of this house was perfect for the activities we had planned and we really enjoyed being able to walk half a block to the nice, quiet, bay side beach. House was as described and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

Last minute Vacation change
We needed to make a shift in our vacation due to a loss in our family and still have a get away for our kids. We found this home and already loved the bay and it was perfect to have a place for everyone. Easy stroll to the beach, fantastic outdoor shower for the kids, upper deck was magical for evenings. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals to the easy set up of the living room to watch a movie after the sun went down. Decks, sunroom and fenced yard were the places to find the kids. Everything was very safe to have a newly mobile baby exploring.

Great house close to the beach
This house is good - clean, easy logistically, and comfortable. It's close to the beach and has all the amenities listed on the page. The linens are BYO, which I only found out after triple checking, so it would be good if that was shared on the page. Also the side door does not lock effectively so you have to go out the other door and lock that one from the inside.

Wonderful spot
I bring my parents down to the Villas every winter for a weekend of shopping. This rental was very clean and comfortable. The view from the deck is beautiful. And communication with the owner was very easy. This may have become a favorite spot.
