"It happened to be a very rainy day so we could not enough enjoy what this place was offering like a swimming pool and sunbathing! Then again the restaurant staff was very nice and took good care about us! "

"Though we only stayed one night, the staff went above and beyond. My wife was injured so they let us check in in the morning. Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun)."

"We were attending a concert at Reggio Emilia and it was only 30 minutes away. A good place to stay and very helpful staff. "

"When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting a/c and hot water is ridiculous!"
