"The majority of the staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful, especially Roberta, we loved her. The hotel is very clean, very well maintained, the beds are quite comfortable and it is very reasonably priced. Breakfast is a little pricey, at €18 per person per day, but conveniently located beside the hotel is a grocery store, so if your room is equipped with a mini fridge, you can easily pick up a few things to make your own breakfast for a fraction of the cost. The hotel is a bit out of the way of everything, but there is a tram across the street that can easily take you to the city center.
