"Overall my stay was very good. The security, service and breakfast is awesome. Their bell hop is very kind and helpful. I was also able to get a relaxing massage just two mins from my hotel. I felt very comfortable walking around. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was working the AC system. "

"Great hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean. Classic interior. Staff really helpful and issues addressed immediately. Walking distance to the centre and great shuttle service by the hotel. Unmentioned voluntary staff contribution on the final receipt was an unpleasant surprise. "
