"Kind of a funky vibe (not in a bad way..). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ordering taxis, etc. Really easy walk to the Duomo, La Scala, and other major attractions Lighting in the lobby area and rooms was dim, making it difficult to read a map before setting out and air conditioning was non-existent I overall recommend it "

"The property overall is modern great customer service, free washer, and dryer after our long vacation. Food was outstanding. Customer service was just totally beyond expectation rumors quirky, but very comfortable. The only drawback is the neighborhood seems like it’s in a revitalization so it seem kind of scary, but other than that really liked it."
