"Very clean nodern hotel....faultless really"

"On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It's away from the centre of Novara, but for me that's not a drawback. There are restaurants within walking distance. Parking is close by in the street. Breakfast is as expected in Italy. There's no bar but beer and other drinks may be purchased from the reception. "It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay."

"Good value hotel 1 minute drive from motorway /autostrada short drive to shops in Allesandria. Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. I believe its popular with wedding groups twice a week with nice location for wedding cermonys nearby."
