"The history "

"The Aurea Washington Irving is a luxurious hotel. The rooms are exquisitely appointed from the bathroom amenities, the coffee and tea service and the bathroom which has a separate tub and bidet. The room was immaculately clean. The staff is incredibly attentive, multilingual and just a pleasure to deal with. The location is within walking distance to the entrance to the Alhambra and C30 and C32 shuttle buses stops are a few steps from the hotel. No parking at their property, but they use a car park and the valet will drive back and forth. It is just a gem."

"I paid for a level suite on the 6th (highest ) floor with a view of the Alhambra!! The breakfast on level floors was the best ! Personally, my favorite was Joaquin at reception, who made my stay in Granada so exceptional and memorable!!"

"My experience at the Puerta de Granada hotel, Spain was satisfactory. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, it has all the amenities and is very well located. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant terrace that is very nice and pleasant to be in. The hotel staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful, especially Rosario from the front desk."

"Rooms were kept well clean. We saw them preparing the room even to the small details like one water bottle per person. Included dinner and breakfast was super additional perk. They were able to customize and provide all information for our vegan/vegetarian family! Parking is under the building but tight for even the small car. "

"Liked desk staff ( Cathy ) location just off plaza Nueva and Main Streets just next to Albacin and cathedral. Loads of good restaurants, cafes, shopping and great access to the sights. a little noisy as the steer cleaners and restaurants and stores are re supplied in the early morning but not a major issue.v Comfortable room and bed. Very well cared for. Good elevators. Connection to internet was for some reason a little patchy. Hotel router always on but the outside connection to internet went on and off- may be a local city issue. "
