"The staff was the highlight for me, I cannot remember the last time I was served so well in a hotel. Our room had plenty of natural light and was very spacious. The food, drinks and service from the restaurant was also fantastic, included getting drinks served in the jacuzzi which is on the rooftop! Super clean facilities, and the cleaning service on point as well. My favourite staff member was Jennifer, not only did she always serve us with a smile, she gave us some great suggestions on where to go and when to enjoy the trip to the fullest, also going above and beyond by printing us a map to avoid the not so safe areas in the city. If I come back to Pereira again, there is no doubt I will be staying here. Not to forget, the included breakfast buffet and the service that came along also gets 10/10!!!"

"Top level room with unbeatable views and a jacuzzi on the balcony was near perfect. Only the AC and the safe did not work, but I did not need them so did not bother to ask. Cooked to order breakfast was pretty good. "
