Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. Thirdly, in my reservation I had breakfast included and the owner just said “yeah we don’t offer breakfast. And even for the price you lie, you shouldn’t even get the air conditioning but we left you the remote anyway” - once...
