"I enjoyed my stay so much I didn’t want to leave. The room was soundproof so had the best sleep after an early morning flight and the breakfast was delicious. Right in the centre of Alicante opposite the Mercado Central market, this hotel is a recommended place to stay. Thank you all xx "

"Lovely hotel…. but Hotels.com booked is a room with no balcony, we were not given a choice. Did not spoil the stay but be aware as the rooms are at the back of the hotel opposite a very noisy school "

"Perfect property in the perfect location for exploring Alicante and beyond. Hotel was spotless and everything looked brand new. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, but Yolanda on reception was amazing. She gave me some fantastic tips about where to visit and how to get there using the trams. She also tried her best to improve my Spanish. Muchas gracias."

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "

"Well, absolutely lovely hotel located to north of Alicante City, near great beach and promenade. You can easily reach the hotel or city via the TRAM lines 4 and 5. As for the hotel, we choose half board and got to say be it Breakfast or Dinner food quality was excellent. Only let down at breakfast, was a hot water dispenser and mugs for a cup of tea :-) The queue for coffee machine was too long. Bedroom was well mainted, but I wish the pillow selection was better and spme UK english channels on TV would help. DO NOT forget to use the pool on roof and sit and take in the views!"

"A sea view is a must ! If you book Absolutey beautiful . We asked for cups and an iron and they were delivered . Superb location. Minutes away from the Old Town . Room was small but very very clean with great shower Totally will be back again Loved it "
