"Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay...

"The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics."

"We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family, so easy to walk to town, close to the beach and easy to get to other towns. House was perfect as well, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors due to rain but loved the indoor space. Plenty of places to hang and enjoy/relax. Hoping to visit again soo!"

"There was no hot water for half of our stay. Daniel from StayMarquis was helpful, but the emergency line did not call us back. Also a breaker needed to be reset the second night when we returned from an excursion. This impacted out stay for the price that we paid. I wrote a detailed email to the resolution department outlining these issues in hopes to be find a reasonable solution given the issues we faced, but unfortunately after 3 1/2 weeks, I have not received a response!
