"Communication with the owner - always a pleasant exchange. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity. The pool is not heated but the water warmed up enough that we were able to enjoy it all weekend. The family room area with the TV had comfortable furniture and there was plenty of room to play games, etc. We would recommend this property to others for sure. Suggestions for renters: Pick up ice along the way. You may want to bring extra solo cups or tumblers. There are some trash bags provided but the owner had told us that some renters have found it helpful to bring extra. Do not lock the front door deadbolt at any time or you will not be able to get back in using the assigned code. "

"We have stayed here before and have it booked again this fall. It is a perfect location when we are visiting relatives in Minster. Unfortunately, my one night this August was full of spider webs, rusty water and a musty smell that kept me from sleeping. I assume that will be taken care of by our next stay."

"Used the bikes they provided for a ride and loved it. The Boardwalk restaurant they suggested was good. Sat on the outdoor front balcony and relaxed people watching. "
