"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. On the plus side the bar/restaurant is reasonably welcoming and the food was good."

The restaurant wasn't open but they made us a 3 course meal on our 1st night as well as hiving us some recommendations for local restaurants. "Very quiet country retreat that is 4.5kms from a made up road,about 7kms from the nearest town which takes about 25 minutes to drive because of the rough track from the Finca. "We searched for hotels in Valencia; this came up as one of the options. It is an hour's drive from Valencia!! Please do not be misled- this is a little town called Casa Ibanez. Other than the location, we had no complaints. The staff were most accomodating, and the town had a quaint feel to it. Nice folks. But tooooo far away from Valencia to be considered as accomodation if you are planning to visit. Thankfully,we drove, so all was not lost."
