"Overall I enjoyed my stay there, but the check in process was very difficult as I was given directions to another side of the complex. Basic questions like if there was a gate code was ignored. The microwave didn't work and was promised another one the next day and then nothing happened. No communicating which floor the apartment was on until I asked. The place was clean except some of the pots and enjoyed cooking there even though some of the burners weren't working"
