"The property staff are amazing, especially Omar. He went above and beyond consistently with any issue we had. Never experienced such genuine hospitality from staff before. The unit was perfect. We had a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. The location was ideal. It was on El Conde which is closed off to traffic. There are stores and restaurants along this area with a park at either end. "Overall, an excellent stay. I just wished the washer and dryer worked. Also, it would've been nice to have had an electronic swipe card to get into the room. Instead, we had one key for two people, which was OK most of the time. I would stay here again."
