You then receive an email to say which room is yours. It's a great system. "Cuando llegué estaba cerrado por vacaciones, llame por teléfono y nadie me atendió, las fotos del anuncio no son del hotel es de un edificio de en frente, al costado hay un antiguo prostíbulo abandonado. Es una vergüenzas, tuve que buscar otro lugar, venía de visita con mi nieta de 15 años. Todo un mal día después de 17 horas de vuelo nas 1 hora desde el aeropuerto al nefasto "Hotel" porque en la entrada pone Hostal...."

"We used this hotel to stay in Salou so that we could visit PortAventura World and it was only a half hour walk. Also it was close to the beachfront which was great! Breakfast was also a really nice continental with four bakery goods, cereal and tea, coffee and juice. The problem that we found was that the room was in complete darkness and it was always really hot (25-30°c). However there was a fan but it didn't do much. I'd call it a hostel rather than a hotel but it wasn't bad for what we paid...

"Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard. "
