"Second time I’ve been to this hotel and it’s a good easy stay. Benefits of a coach to the beach everyday and good staff. My only downside to this hotel would be in the apartments away from the hotel which I stayed in, I had next to no WiFi. I spoke to one of the staff the next day and he tested it and pretty much told me there was nothing he can do. When I mentioned it again to another member of staff he raised a maintenance request but nothing was done. My nine yr old was desperate to play his...

"It provided the basics although no washing machine which was a bit disappointing- the complex felt a bit like a prison compound - more so because our room didn't face the pool & garden area. Also no amenities within walking distance."

"This is the most fabulous hotel, small and perfectly run. The room was excellent, great bed, really nice bedding and lovely big bath towels. Breakfast was amazing as was the evening buffet. All of the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would not stay anywhere else in vilamoura and can’t wait to stay here again. "
