"This may sound funny, but I give this place five stars based solely on the quality of their staff. The facilities and infrastructure are in need of updating, and staying there during the off-season during a cool temperature snap didn’t help… but the overall guest experience is excellent. If this staff were representing a brand new resort, they would never have an opening. Worth the stay just to experience what quality service really means."

"It’s around our 10th visit to this amazing hotel so that probably speaks for itself :-) Truly 5 star experience from checkin to departure. We had a lovely meal at Peppers where they even created a vegetarian main for us and the service was exceptional. Sea view rooms are a delight and the balcony provides a great sun trap with full sun all day on this side. If we had one little gripe it would be the aircon in the winter does not really cool the room but we were given an upgraded room as a result and just kept the balcony door slightly open when required.. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary weekend and for the bottle of fizz - we’ll definitely be back again next year - can’t wait :-)"
