The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. "What an amazing property! I. Cannot put into words how wonderful our stay was. Starting with the front desk, to mention a name, Marta was great to us, she provided it all the information that we requested regarding restaurants, activities and transportation around the area. But in general ALL the staff is great, always willing to help (we even borrowed an umbrella from one of the nice ladies). If you do not have a car the train station and bus stations are just around de corner.. in the morning you woke up with the smell of fresh baked bread and the breakfast is really good with some tasty little pastais de nata. We will stay there again without hesitation! We are looking forward for our next stay!"
