We areived on the morning and they were able to store our bags and place them in our room once it was ready. It was nice having the separate sleeping areas in the family suite. "The location, staff and property are all fantastic ! It’s an easy walk to the main shopping and dining areas . The rooms were very clean and simple. The one drawback is that each room has a really strong green light in it which , I assume is the exit light . In the dorm rooms it’s not an issue on the lower bunks as you have a bed above you and privacy curtains. On the upper bunk and private rooms it’s a real issue so make sure you have an eye mask .
