"Great stay for one night before our flight out of Lisbon. Perfect when coming or going from airport just 15 min away. Clean, modern, well appointed. Very clear check in instructions. Never met/saw staff but we didn’t need to. It is in flight path which is quite loud outside but at night sleeping room was quiet just a low background noise of a plane passed. "

"The property is a great location and very clean. I was a little shocked by the size of the room. The bathroom is very small and faces the bed with a pocket door. The room is slightly bigger than than the bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"I just want to make it clear that this place is a hostel/hotel although we did have a private bathroom the rooms were very small but good since we only stayed a night, the staff were very kind. When you enter you must take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and that is where you'll find the hotel/hostel, it's confusing at first. Overall good stay if ur on a budget, the door knob had problems closing but we ended up figuring it out. "

"Each room in the hotel differs a lot in size and condition. The room we had originally booked was extremely small which was fine but had a damp / mould issue that had an unbearable smell. It looked like it had been previously painted over. Staff were lovely and changed us to a different room which was huge and much better. Beds / shower were good. Staff were very lovely. And breakfast was delicious. Excellent location and good soundproofing in the rooms. "

"We really enjoyed every morning having a peaceful delightful breakfast everyday. Room was clean everything in order. Staff very nice and helpful in every matter. I love the fact that you can have really good coffee or tea 24hrs!!"

"Lovely hotel and great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The glass door of the balcony was surprisingly soundproof, blocking all street noise at night so we slept very well. There is no elevador, so you have to walk up stairs to get to the upper floors, but the stairwell was wide and not very steep, so we had no issues there. "Garam Lisboa has so much going for it! Unique decor, all very helpful staff for recommendations or transport options, city bus stops half a block away. Walkable dining of all sorts - markets, pizza, gourmet, bakery cafes. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely choose again!"

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"We reserved a family studio. The room was very spacious and had a working air conditioning! We went in April and the two other hotels we went to before this one thought it was too early to allow AC.. so we had to open the windows and endure the noise in the street during the night. "I chose the hotel because it’s close to Train Oriente station; we had to go to a different part of Portugal. There’s not much to see around the hotel so unless you are going to train or airport there’s no reason to live here. It’s a wonderful place, with clean, modern decor. It’s quiet for a good night sleep. Our AC was broken( what luck! The other hotel we stayed in Lisbon center AC was also broken). But this hotel staff was apologetic and offered to change the room for us. I will look for Moov brand/ chain in the future. "

"Amazing staff, easy check-in/check-out, room service was top notch with a variety of options. This hotel has it all, you can stay there all day or take a quick uber or tram to all the downtown fun. Shopping mall and fantastic places to eat are walking distance and its only a shortdrive from the airport as well. I cannot wait to go back! 10 stars!"

"Upon arrival to Portugal, I had a horrible experience with a fake Taxi driver. Once I checked into the hotel, Rafa was extremely thoughtful and compassionate. In general the staff in the hotel are extremely courteous, competent and helpful. I stayed in a well appointed studio room, that had everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Portugal. I loved the hotel!!"
