"AVOID! First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive. Second, the curtains are see-through. I had all the street lights inside and couldn't close an eye. I asked to change rooms or buildings but was told all curtains are the same. Then, I found a dirty underwear in the bedsheets. "Nice clean new apartment in a new highrise right on Av. Rebouças. If you want to explore Pinheiros on foot, everyrhing is pretty close. Area is safe, walkable, and pleasant. And Av. Paulista is only a short Uber ride away. The only thing to note is that this is not a hotel as such. The front door guys are friendly but check-in can be a bit involved if you don't read the instructions the rental company sends. So, read them!"

"Property is great!! but their check in and communication is awful. Their system only works if you have WhatsApp and they respond really slow- then you get a message to go to website to check in, and when that works you can enter the building. The property is so great but their attempt to have no personal interface with you at the building wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration. "

"Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond. "

Great location!!

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
