"The area is really nice. You can go for a walk, to the beach, etc. and feel safe. However the room smells like humidity so we had to buy a scent spray. Because of the humidity the clothes do not dry so it’s complicated for long stays. The bed is not the most comfortable and it’s not completely dark. However we had a great time in Salerno and recommend it. "

"Nice little apartment, located right in the middle of the historic center, few blocks from the cathedral and adjacent to the waterfront. The host is very responsive to messages and requests. We used Salerno as a base for traveling to Amalfi via ferry, but we also found the city itself quite charming and worth a visit."

"The host is our life-saver. That was the first day of our one-week road trip in southern Italy. We got the car from Naples in the morning. When we got to this guesthouse, we had two flat tires. We are foreigners and don't speak Italian at all. The host kindly took us to a tire shop where we finally got the tires fixed. He doesn't speak much English, but he's trying to us all the time. "The entry was not real clear. The interior gate was not marked, and entry was not explained. It took a while to figure it out. The room was nice but the entry was a bit spooky"

"The unit was well equipped and maintained and clean (apart from some dusting required under the bed which was visible). The only significant issue was a dog barking incessantly in the unit above. I went upstairs and knocked. No one answered but the barking stopped shortly thereafter. Ultimately not a big issue but also not something that we’d expected to have to deal with. The unit had fantastic views and ambiance. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
