"The corridor was narrow and the air was extremely hot. There was no cooling system in the room and we had to open the window. There was a lot of noise outside and insects entered our room. They didn't leave any shampoo for us in the bathroom and we had to buy shampoo. "

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."
