"Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...

"Tutto ok, ottimo residence in zona molto centrale e a buon prezzo. Tuttavia il riscaldamento era inutilizzabile, pur impostandolo al massimo la temperatura nella stanza era assolutamente uguale. Inoltre sarebbe stato bello avere una cucina un po' più fornita, non c'era neanche il sale."
