"Did not stay at this property due to hotels .com not the hotel. Let me start the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Let me start I booked and paid for the stay through hotels.com whe I arrived at property I was told they had not recieved any the reservation I immediately call hotline and was told they would handle it the gentleman was very helpful but he said he could not fix it would have to go to supervisor to fix which I was transferred to a overseas line she could. Or fix the problem either stating she could not corset the property and wood not talk to front desk via my phone then I was told I could not get a refund this went on for nearly 1 hr until she moved my reservation to another hotel which took another 45 min it was absolutely rediculous "

"We particularly enjoyed the big fenced in back yard and relaxing porch because we were traveling with our dog. He was endlessly occupied watching all the birds, squirrels and neighbor cat. That gave us lots of time to enjoy the beginnings of Spring. It is an easy walk to downtown and very close access to the River. The little market next door had lovely provisions. We are grateful for all that Jackie and Luc provided. "
