"The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area were very clean and comfortable. Laundry room was very convenient and comfortable. The room was so spacious and cozy. Very clean and welcoming. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were fit for a king! My one grievance would be that the outside door didn't seem to lock. It was easily pulled open without the use of a key card. The elevator was down on Saturday evening but it was serviced immediately and back up and running. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. "

"Night clerk was very helpful regarding nearby restaurants and attractions. I believe his name was Dave. Reminded us of breakfast and checkout time when we checked in. Breakfast was excellent- omelet and sausage were both hot and fresh tasting. "

"INCREDIBLE SERVICE! We recently held a company meeting here, and I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. From the start, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us — always with a smile, no matter how many requests we had! The rooms were immaculately clean, honestly comparable to a 4-star hotel. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious hot breakfast, and every interaction with the team was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The price point is well below what it should be for the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail they provide. I’m so glad I convinced the other three attendees from out of town to stay here as well — they were equally impressed. If I ever find myself in Upstate New York again, this will absolutely be where I stay. Highly, highly recommend!"
