"The hotel was sold out so they weren’t able to give us the room upgrade but upgraded us to access to the Executive Lounge. The breakfast buffet was A and all the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. "

Later I found out they installed new antennas in the floor, and might also changed the internet provider. At the end it will result very good for the hotel because internet before was not good.
