Any questions I asked they extended their hospitality to help. Manager is a great person. I came in a day later and had contacted the hotel and she responded by letting me my room will still be reserve for me. I appreciated the staff hospitality and support to make a stay comfortable as if I was home."

"First, I was embarrassed when the hotel claimed they had no dealings or contact with Hotels.com. I told them I had paid with my Visa debit card but they refused. Because it was late, I had to pay cash again. I have receipts. Hotels.com will do well not to charge my card. The service was poor as the generator did not come on or at best epileptic. The place is just substandard for the price and location"
