I give this lovely home and our time there 5 stars all round.
Everything about this property is 5 stars....the house is spacious ,sparkling clean ,well maintained, ultra comfortable beds , well stocked kitchen and excellent information from host. What the host says about this property on VRBO is correct. When next in Victoria this is where we will stay....if it isn't already booked !
This home is large and yet cozy, with all the amenities you need. It is clean and comfortable.
We stayed with some of our family and the location was convenient for us to be near other family as well. It is a quiet neighborhood, so we slept soundly. We would definitely return!
Wonderfully spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us! (3 adults, 2 teens) It’s very well located and very well equipped for cooking your own meals to save money! We would definitely stay here again; especially if we’re travelling with friends!
We had a great stay. It was perfect for our family’s needs. Nice a close to beaches, grocery stores, food etc. We would definitely stay again.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to make your own meals, which we loved.
Thanks for a great stay!
We loved our stay. The accommodations were perfect and Kim, the host, was very attentive. The location was perfect for visiting several sights during our trip, just 20 mins to downtown, 30 to Butchart gardens and less than 10mins to Hatley Castle, Fort Rodd & wonderful restaurants. It was so nice to have a very comfortable place to relax each evening and morning. Our large group ranged from 9-65 yrs old and everyone loved their stay. We’d highly recommend staying here!
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Kim is a great host. As soon as you walk in the door, it feels like home. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the place is just outstanding. The kids all enjoyed the games room, toys and board games. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Every year my three adult sons and I get together for a weekend to connect. This place met our expectations to a tee. There was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the sitting area was conducive to relaxed conversations. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with everything you’d need. If we’re back, we will definitely contact Kim again and stay here.

We were very comfortable in Kim's large and well equipped property. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda and using the BBQ while being encicled with trees. The neighbourhood is very quiet and we walked around seeing the beautiful flowers on the well kept adjacent properties.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely and well-appointed property. We were close enough to the attraction we came to see (Butchart Gardens), very close to good restaurants and grocery stores, but far from city noise. This is the place for a peaceful retreat in a quiet residential area; a wonderful home away from home. The rocking chair in one bedroom was particularly appreciated by a member of our party; that was typical of the comfort and welcoming atmosphere.
Was very roomy and had football and air hockey. Big dining room table and cafe like bar in the kitchen to put snacks on and extra room to prepare meals. Fireplace was a bonus kept us warm and cozy. The two bathrooms were perfect for big family. Living room with oversized leather chairs, love seat and rocker so comfortable.. Big bedrooms and large entrance added to the great features. Parking was aplenty. We will rent an again! One thing that was perhaps miss
This is the largest VRBO property that I have ever rented. You get a lot for your money at this location. The owner has truly thought of everything. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, appliances, and even condiments and coffee, but the house is also full of furniture and recreational activities like foosball and air hockey that make it easy to relax and spread out. There are lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house, including a room full of games and toys for younger children. The beds are very large and comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. The location is perfect if you are looking for an out-of-the-way place to call home during your stay in Victoria. It is located in a suburban neighborhood, which is fairly quiet, although we did encounter noise from a neighboring house on two weekend nights during our stay. You will need a rental car or other means of transportation in order to access other parts of the city. The property is also located close to several running/walking trails, which my son and I enjoyed, but the neighborhood is rather hilly. The owner is quick to respond to any questions, and they made the check-in and checkout processes as easy as possible. My family had a great time, and everyone loved having their own room. I would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a place to settle in, relax, and spread out during their stay in Victoria. Oh, and there’s a guest Netflix account!
