Great location
Beautiful location, walking distance to beaches, cool street village and downtown. There is a grocery store down the street and lots of playgrounds nearby. The neighbourhood is very walkable and safe. The owner/ host was very kind and accommodating. The space is large and well equipped for short stays.

Close to Hospital
We picked this home to be close to hospital while undergoing radiation treatments. It was important to have the family all together. 3 bedrooms, 2 with King beds was a nice plus. The 3rd bedroom had a trundle bed (turned king) that worked great for the toddlers (2.5 & 4 yrs) who slept together. An additional bathroom/ensuite would have been great but was doable. Our Host made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, and although he lives upstairs, it never felt like we were intruding on each others spaces. A small amount of noise can be anticipated in the evenings from above, but to be expected when the home is lived in. Parents of children to sign a waiver for the outdoor structure. It is definitely for older children only. Looks like it was homemade in sections and it is high. The climbing tower for the littles was a nice add as it gave the children something to play on. A nice big yard (completely enclosed property) was great for the kids to ride their straddle bikes on and play with balls etc. This property is a 5 minute drive to the hospital so was nice and convenient. A good place to stay and explore the City of Victoria.

A truly wonderful place (not only) for a family with kids
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is simply perfect. The communication with the manager was great, too. We have only words of praise and gratitude regarding this rental.

Lovely place
This home is well located in a very nice neighbourhood. We cycled everywhere as we did not have a car with us. Bus service is good from here too. The apartment is comfortable and the owner provided some extra items that were needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed the yard as well. Any time we had a question the owner was available.

Quiet stay in a super location
Very comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Walking distance to a small shopping area with grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, etc. Also walking distance to several local beaches. Close to the downtown area with lots of restaurants. The suite is private, spacious, bright and clean. Everything you'd want for a short or long term stay. I would definitely book this property again and recommend it to friends and family.
