Perfectly located next to beautiful Mt Douglas Park - PKOLS. Our bright, clean and spacious Suite is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers business travellers, students, parents of students & birders! guests suite is situated beside Mt. Douglas Park - PKOLS, taking advantage of the natures beauty and the West Coast scenery.

Only minutes walk will bring you to numerous hiking trails & the beach. We are on the bus route to downtown and The University of Victoria.

For biking enthusiasts, there is storage for bikes and we are 2 mins form the Greenway for the Goose Trail. Shopping, groceries and more are a short 10 min walk from the suite. Netflix, cable & Wifi Complementary!

You will have your own access, a private garden patio and tons of privacy!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we were well looked after. They were discreet and considerate. They made sure we had everything we needed and were excellent at communicating with us. The suite is beautifully appointed and decorated and shows signs of professional touches throughout. Kathleen and Roy's basement suite is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was much larger than we were expecting with 2 good-sized rooms, lota of seating and an open living/dining/kitchen area. It was perfect for 4 adults for a weekend.
