This place met all of our needs, great location plenty of room and a lovely deck to enjoy! Would stay again.
This is an older style property, but has everything we needed for a 12 night stay. Comfy bed, tons of hot water, great water pressure for shower, good heating, WiFi, well equipped kitchen, outdoor area. It is conveniently located for shops and local facilities and public transport. The host was really easy to communicate with and very helpful when we needed to adjust our booking. we had a very comfortable and convenient stay.
Lovely cosy little place, in a nice quiet area of Esquimalt with a private back yard to sit and relax. It was really great that we could walk into Victoria along the boardwalk, and not have to worry about taking the car. Altogether a very relaxing place to stay. Would stay again.
Very handy location, walkable to downtown Victoria with a beautiful path along the edge of Victoria harbour. Great communication with the property manager.
After a few bad experiences, this restored our faith in the private accommodation rental space. Great location to access beautiful Victoria and area. Quirky little house with a great back deck and garden. Host was very attentive and respectful to needs of guests. Hope to be back someday.
Really enjoyed our stay. The neighbor hood is great with easy access to walking trails along the water front. Can walk into Victoria harbour from property in about 30 minutes. All amenities close by for groceries, liquor store.
Faye made the check in process seamless and easy. She explained everything well and left me to enjoy the suite. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. The location is perfect only 4 blocks from grocery/liquor store and right near the marina with a waterway walk path.
Excellent location in Esquimalt, many good dog friendly restaurants, patios, walks.
Furnishings were old, cookware etc mismatched. However, all was clean and the property was reasonably priced.

Pleasant and central!
Stay was pleasant and quiet. The property is a duplex and shared with the host.
Hot tub was excellent and the location is a short cab ride to downtown. Bathroom is a bit small but otherwise the property has all the amenities for cooking and such.
Faye was there to meet and greet us when we arrived. She showed us around and then left us to settle in.
We found the suite to be most comfortable and was very impressed with the hot tub which was the highlight as far as we were concerned.
We would certainly recommend this accommodation.
Close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The home was comfortable - the funky decorations and art were great. The outside plants were beautiful. The bathroom was small and took some adjusting to - the addition of toiletries was great! The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. The tub was a welcome treat after cooler, rainy days. Just lovely!!
This is a nice little duplex. The property manager or owner lives next door.
The area feels safe and it is very quiet. We slept on the living room daybed and it was comfortable.
We were only looking for somewhere to sleep at night as we spent our waking hours with our daughter near the university.
This property met our needs just fine. We would stay here again.
We were charged for damages to a daybed and floor that we never even sat on much less damaged. The bathroom is extremely small with no counter. There is an ironing board to use for a kitchen table. A high table for two is in the LR. TV is very small, so we brought in our own TV for our stay.
This home is very old and damp. The bed is not comfortable - one of us slept on the couch in living room . The kitchen is barely stocked. TV very small. Owner lives in the unit beside and requires signature on check-in. We did not enjoy our stay. We won't stay here again.
This home is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with short walks of 10 to 15 minutes to two separate beaches, where there were dog off leash areas. Within half a block there was also a school where some people played with their dogs off leash. It is also only a 40-45 minute walk to downtown, mostly along a waterfront path. It is sometimes hard to remain 6 ft apart on the walk downtown, but the surroundings are lovely.
The home was comfortable for 2 adults and a dog. It would be a squeeze for more people than that, since the extra bed was in the living room. The living room was of a good size and there was a fairly good sized bedroom with a queen bed. There was no formal table for eating, only a small table with two high chairs in the living room and the bathroom was tiny. The kitchen had lots of room and cupboards, but bring your slippers if you visit in the colder weather, since the kitchen floor was always cold, no matter how high the heat was turned up.
Overall, this was a good place to stay, with restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. There was also a nice back porch and side yard for sitting out in nice weather.
Cute little place near Victoria downtown and with easy access to all the touristy sights. While the max occupancy is listed as 4, I really wouldn't try to accommodate more than 2 - but for 2 it worked well. Visiting during the summer we really enjoyed the backyard deck + garden. While not luxury, the basics are provided if you choose to prepare meals 'at home' and there is a market within walking distance. The place also has access to several bus lines, with one literally stopping across the street and others within a 2 short block walk. Our host was very pleasant & a pleasure to communicate with.
This semi detached single storey home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy street parking. The house is clean, and the front room gets nice south light. This room also serves as the entrance, living room, extra bed and eating nook. However the current arrangement to dine in the front room or kitchen is impractical and inadequate for two people. A regular table with chairs to seat 3 people would be a big improvement. (even a foldable table and chairs would be ok ).The bathroom at the end of the hall is extremely cramped even for a slim person to use, and the shower enclosure is poorly executed, making it difficult not to wet the floor when taking a shower. The kitchen could do with a simple counter drying rack for hand washed dishes, and the non stick pans are scratched up, and should be replaced with something more suitable. Storage cupboard space is adequate in the hall and bedroom. More clothes hangers would be nice. The hot tub outside looked inviting, but we didn't get around to using it. We liked the old character of the place, and came to terms with it's quirkiness. Some fresh paint and practical furniture can do wonders to refresh an old house.
